PUBLIC NOTICENAPA SANITATION DISTRICTNOTICE INVITING SEALED BIDS FOR2026 SANITARY SEWER MANHOLE ADJUSTMENT PROJECT, CIP 13702 (“Project”)
The Project consists of adjustment of 92 sanitary sewer manholes and 12 sanitary sewer flush holes and drop connections to grade on various streets within the City of Napa that have been paved over. A valid Class A, Class C-34, or Class C-42 California contractor’s license is required to bid on the Project.Sealed bids must be delivered to the Napa Sanitation District (“NapaSan”), 1515 Soscol Ferry Road, Napa, California at any time prior to 2:00 PM on March 24, 2026. At that time the bids will be publicly opened and read.Bids that are submitted late according to the official NapaSan time will be returned unopened. Bids that are submitted by facsimile or other electronic means will not be accepted. Bids that are incomplete or that otherwise do not conform to the requirements specified in the bid package may be deemed non-responsive. NapaSan reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or to waive any bid irregularities to the extent permitted by law.An optional pre-bid web conference will be held at 2:00 PM on March 3, 2026.Bid packages may be reviewed at select Northern California Builders Exchange/Plan Room locations.
