Request for Proposals CORE Construction along with Napa Valley Unified School District requests proposals from licensed subcontractors for the following Lease-Leaseback project: Napa Valley Unified School DistrictNorthwood Elementary School - 2214 Berks St, Napa, CA 94558Pueblo Vista Magnet School - 1600 Barbara Road, 94558.Browns Valley TK-8 School - 1001 Buhman Ave, Napa, CA 94558McPherson Elementary School - 2670 Yajome Street, 94558Philips Magnet Elementary School - 1210 Shelter Avenue, 94559Silverado Middle School - 1133 Coombsville Rd, Napa, CA 94558Vichy Elementary School - 3261 Vichy Avenue, 94558. Scheduled bidding period 03/24/2026 – 04/09/2026 The project includes replacement of existing play structures with new accessible play structures with integrated shade, new play areas, and resilient rubber surfacing with drainage improvements. Site work also includes courtyard and quad enhancements with new landscaping, paving, and striping, as well as installation of canopy shade structures. Additional improvements consist of parking lot repaving, regrading, restriping, accessible path-of-travel upgrades, site lighting, and restroom modernization to meet current accessibility standards, including related utility and minor structural work. Please refer to scopes of work and drawings sets per school to identify exact work at each campus. To become prequalified with CORE Construction, or to update your current qualifications, please fill out the online application request by visiting: https://www.coreconstruction.com/subcontractors/ then select “California”. Pursuant to Public Contract Code section 20111.6*, each prospective MEP Contractor holding C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and/or C-46 licenses must be prequalified with Napa Valley Unified School District via: https://www.qualitybidders.com/. Applications are due two weeks prior to the due date, and the District has until one week before the due date to notify of prequalification status.
