CITY OF OAKLAND REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR VEGETATION MANAGEMENT SERVICES Contract Amount: TBD Terms: 3 Years Project Description: The City of Oakland, Department of Public Works, Parks & Trees Division, is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional vegetation management services within the City's Wildfire Prevention Zone. Services will cover approximately 600 acres of City-owned land and nearly 300 miles of roadways. Work requirements will vary throughout the year based on seasonal and vegetation growth. Certain activities should anticipate increased service demands during the summer and fall months due to heightened vegetation growth and senescence. Proposers must demonstrate the ability to manage seasonal workloads and meet time-sensitive service requirements. Proposal Submittal Deadline: Friday, March 27, 2026, by 2:00 P.M. via iSupplier.
