CITY OF OAKLAND REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) FOR TRAINING, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND CAPACITY BUILDING Contract Amount: TBD Terms: 2 Years Project Description: This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is being issued by the City of Oakland, Department of Violence Prevention (DVP) to identify qualified agencies, firms, project teams or individuals to solicit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide technical assistance, project management, training and capacity building services to equip and enhance the necessary skills to successfully interrupt and prevent violence in Oakland. Proposal Submittal Deadline: Friday, March 6, 2026 by 2:00 P.M. via iSupplier. Reminders: All who wish to participate in this RFQ must register (at least 5 days prior to submittal due date) through iSupplier at (https://www.oaklandca.gov/Business/Doing-Business-with-the-City/Doing-Business-With-The-City-Register-with-iSupplier) to avoid last minute submittal complications and receive addenda/ updates on this RFQ.
