NOTICE OF REPORT OF SALE AND PETITION FOR ORDER CONFIRMING SALE OF REAL PROPERTY Estate of Betty Boston Case No. 25PR113343 In the Superior Court of the State of California, for the County of Alameda in the matter of the Estate of Bettye Boston, Case No. 25PR113343. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Administrator, of the Estate of Bettye Boston, has filed with the Superior Court of California, County of Alameda, a Report of Sale and Petition for Order Confirming Sale of Real Property, asking the court to confirm the sale of real property located at 3121 Monticello Avenue, Oakland, CA 94619.
