CITY OF OAKLAND, CA Public Works Department Notice to Bidders Project No. 1008049 CITYWIDE EMERGENCY SANITARY SEWER REPAIR Description: Provide construction service, labor, equipment, material, supplies, etc. necessary to complete the proposed work under this contract. Scope consists of rehabilitating sanitary sewers lines and appurtenant structures in the City streets or backyard/side-yard easements, work may include but not limited to: reconnection of active house connection(s), maintenance hole rehabilitation, and etc. Sanitary sewers rehabilitation work under this contract will be performed per Plans and Specifications and as directed by the Engineer through work order. Contractor to provide pre and post CCTV of existing sanitary sewer line(s) prior to commencement of work per Specifications. Contractor will also be responsible for locating and protecting existing surrounding utilities within project limits. Upon reviewing the pre-CCTV footages, methodology for sanitary sewer line may change. The duration of this contract is listed on the proposal and shall start from the notice to proceed. All work shall meet all current codes and City's standard details.
