Key Dates: - Optional Pre-Proposal Meeting at the Ala- meda CTC offices is scheduled for Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time (PT) - Proposal due date: April 10, 2026, BEFORE 3:00:00 p.m. PT The contract will be funded in whole by Express Lane Toll Revenue and as such, will not be subject to a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program or the Alameda CTC Local Business Contract Equity Program. However, Alameda CTC strongly encourages each proposer to consider the use of disadvantaged, local and/or small business enterprises in its proposal.. All RFP documents are available Procurement Portal at https://alamedactc.bonfirehub.com.
