Bids are invited for gym modernization at three high schools in Twin Rivers USD.

TO PERFORM SUBCONTRACTOR CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
For Rio Linda HS, Highland HS and Foothill High School Gymnasium Modernizations 
The project shall include all work as shown on drawings prepared by SVA Architects and Catalyst 20 for these three sites listed below.  Subcontractors are required to review all sets of drawings to provide a complete bid that is inclusive of work as it occurs on each of the design professionals sets for the three sites.
Rio Linda HS:  
SVA Architects: Replacement of Basketball Backboards, Installation of Owner-Furnished scoreboard, and Restroom Revisions
Catalayst 20: General Gymnasium Modernization, including but not limited to new interior paint, over-run padding, lighting, gym floor, bleachers, flooring at entries, storefront doors, and acoustic treatments.
Highland HS :  
SVA Architects: Replacement of Scoreboards, Replacement of Basketball Backboards and  Restroom Revisions
Foothill HS
SVA Architects: Replacement of Existing Basketball Backboards and Restroom Revisions
Catalyst 20: General Gymnasium Modernization including but not limited to acoustic treatments, interior finishes, over run padding.
Projects are located within the Twin Rivers Unified School District.  Rodan Builders is the selected lease-lease back developer for the project.

Bids are due on March 10 @ 2 PM. Bids will be received using Rodan Builders Building Connected Portal, accessible through https://app.buildingconnected.com/public/5430e7cf5cdc2e0300dd9ceb. Each subcontractor is responsible for ensuring that the bid is submitted to Building Connected, prior to the above time and date. Rodan Builders will award the subcontracts, if it awards at all, based on the "best value" criteria permitted under Education Code § 17406 and authorized by the District's governing board. Bids may also be submitted to bids@rodanbuilders.com
These three projects will be issued as one contract by Twin Rivers Unified School District to Rodan Builders.  Sub proposals for work on both sites must be broken down by site, however subcontractors having work occurring at multiple sites will be issued a single subcontract for the work.
The last day to submit RFI's is March 5 @ 2:00pm.  An Addendum, if needed, will be posted by March 6.  Please make sure to send all questions to the following email address:

The scheduled job walk is non-mandatory.  We will hold the following job walk:
Tuesday March 3 @ 9 AM starting at Foothill HS, then going to Highland and ending at Rio Linda.
 
The address for Foothill High School is 5000 McCloud Ave Sacramento CA.  We will meet at the Flagpole.
