AUSD Sitework, New Office, & Warehouse Buildings NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Ausonio Incorporated is requesting sealed bids on behalf of Alisal Union School District for a new office and warehouse buildings at the Alisal Union School District Offices, 155 Bardin Road, Salinas, CA 93905. The AUSD Sitework, New Office, & Warehouse Buildings shall include Project Manual, and 4Leaf Approved Stamp Set Dated 2/18/2026 Drawings prepared by In Studio Architecture and Approved DSA Class Leasing Plans Drawings dated 3/10/2026 prepared by Class Leasing. Onsite construction activities to begin 6/15/2026 and be completed by 5/17/2027. Scope of work includes Construction services including, but not limited to the following: All necessary labor, material, equipment, tools, services and facilities necessary to complete this project per DSA Approved Plans and Specifications. See General Notes on drawings for complete scope. Liquidated damages are assessed at $500/ day. 4Leaf Approved Drawings, Approved DSA Class Leasing Drawings, Specifications, and Project Manual, including Instructions to Bidders and all necessary Contract Documents and forms, will be available via email request to Ausonio Incorporated. Please contact Kim Do at kim@ausonio.com or 831-632-7070. MEP Subcontractors are to be Prequalified through the District prior to submitting bid. Applications must be submitted 10 days prior to bid date and qualified 5 days prior to bid.
