CMSA invites sealed bids for calcium nitrate solution delivery by April 23, 2026.

NOTICE INVITING SEALED BIDS FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CALCIUM NITRATE SOLUTION CENTRAL MARIN SANITATION AGENCY CMSA CONTRACT NO. 26-40 Central Marin Sanitation Agency (CMSA) is seeking competitive sealed bids for the supply and delivery approximately 90,000 gallons annually of calcium nitrate solution for wastewater odors control at near the CMSA facility in San Rafael, California. All sealed bids must be received by 1:30 P.M. Pacific Time (PT), Thursday, April 23, 2026 at the CMSA Administration Building at 1301 Andersen Drive, San Rafael, CA 94901. Bids will be publicly opened on said day and hour, and will be referred to the Board of Commissioners for subsequent action. Bids received after said date and time will be returned to the sender unopened. Postmarks are not accepted. Bids submitted electronically or by facsimile will not be accepted. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud to all in attendance at 1:30 P.M. PT on Thursday, April 23, 2026. Bidders are invited, but not required, to attend the bid opening.
