Bids are invited for the Fillmore ES Portable Replacement project in Stockton.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Landmark has been selected to deliver the Fillmore ES Portable Replacement LLB for our valued customer, Stockton Unified School District. Project includes demolition of 28 existing portable classrooms and construction of two new single-story permanent classroom buildings totaling 29,440 SF, plus 13,411 SF of covered outdoor space. Site development includes new east and west hardscape playgrounds, fire lane access, shade structure between buildings, and replacement of perimeter fencing. This scope excludes early selection packages that have already bid: demolition, steel, electrical, earthwork, and utilities. The project is expected to begin construction June 2026. Refer to the bid documents for the complete scope. Contract documents are available atwww.landmarkconst.net. DO NOT contact the District or the architect. Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing subcontractors must prequalify at https://www.qualitybidders.com/users/sign_up in accordance with District requirements. Bids must be submitted on or before April 23, 2026 by 2PM at frontdesk@landmarkconst.net. This project requires the use of a skilled and trained workforce under Education Code section 17406 and Public Contract Code section 20111.6. Labor Code Section 1771.1 requires all contractors and subcontractors intending to bid or perform work on public works projects to annually register and pay a fee to the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Landmark encourages the participation of local and DVBE businesses. Landmark is willing to break down work items into economically feasible units to facilitate DVBE participation.
