Ukiah Unified School District Food Service Department Request for Proposals (RFPs) RFP # 2026-001 The Ukiah Unified School District Food Service Department is requesting proposals from qualified companies to procure and deliver food and foodstuffs, including dry goods, meats, fresh produce, dairy products, and processed commodities, and various supplies found in typical commercial kitchens. RFPs must be received prior to 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 21st, 2026. RFPs must be submitted electronically or via hard-copy in writing. Submit RFPs electronically by sending an email with the subject line: "Proposal - UUSD Food Service RFP 2026-001" to jbeer@uusd.net. Submit hard copies via postal mail or personal delivery, but they must be received before 5:00 pm on Thursday, May 21st, 2026, marked with "UUSD Food Service RFP 2026-001", at the UUSD District Service Center, 511 S. Orchard Avenue, Ukiah, CA 95482 or the UUSD Food Service Department, 1000 Low Gap Road, Ukiah, CA 95482. RFPs received after the deadline will be returned to the bidder unopened. Facsimile (FAX) copies of the proposal will not be accepted.
