WALNUT CREEK SCHOOL DISTRICT 960 Ygnacio Valley Road Walnut Creek, CA 94596 NOTICE TO BIDDERS March 11, 2026 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL WCSD eRate FY2026 C2 LIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Education of the Walnut Creek Elementary School District, Walnut Creek, CA, here after referred to as "DISTRICT", acting by and through its governing board and representatives, in accordance with Public Contract Code 20118.2, is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFPs) from responsible vendors to supply WAP Licenses for the District. The District hereby invites all interested vendors to submit a bid to furnish all labor, requested materials, and any other related items required for performance under the RFP. Bidder responses that do not comply with the format, forms, and other criteria indicated, may be ruled non-responsive. Proposals received after the specified due date, time or other than at the location shown will be considered non-responsive. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The District may award multiple vendors on the merit of best value for equipment and/or services. The award resolution will be determined by April 3, 2026.
