BID INFORMATION: Bid No. 06:2526 PROJECT: Unit Cost Pricing Asphalt and Concrete Installation/Repairs CONTRACT TYPE: This is an oncall, asneeded contract. Bidders will provide unit pricing and "Grand Total" costs based on specific Project Scenarios defined in the bid documents. CUPCCAA REGISTRATION: This Project is being bid under the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (Public Contract Code �22030 et seq.). Bidders must be registered on the District's informal bidding list via PQBids.com. LICENSE REQUIRED: A valid and active Class A and C12 License is required at the time of bid and for the duration of the Contract. The Contractor's license number must be included on the bid proposal. Bonds: The successful bidder must provide Performance and Payment Bonds, each at 100% of the Contract amount. Prevailing Wages: Contractor and subcontractors must comply with all prevailing wage requirements (Labor Code � 1720 et seq.) and be currently registered with the DIR. Withdrawal: No bidder may withdraw any bid for ninety (90) calendar days after the bid opening.
