NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ALAMEDA LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Alameda Local Agency Formation Commission will hold a public hearing at its regular meeting on Thursday, March 12, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at City of Dublin Civic Center located at 100 Civic Drive in Dublin California. At the hearing, the Commission will discuss the following items: Review of Draft Budget for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 In accordance with Government Code Section 56381, Alameda LAFCO will review its draft budget to direct and fund, respectively, the agency's regulatory and planning responsibilities for fiscal year 2026-2027. Public comments are welcomed through the end of the scheduled hearing. An associated staff report will be available for download at www.alamedalafco.org approximately one week prior to the hearing date. At the meeting, the Commission will consider all oral and written testimony of any interested persons or affected agencies. Only those issues which are brought up at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to LAFCO at or prior to the hearing may be raised in any legal challenge to the actions taken by the Commission with respect to the above listed item. Copies of the Commission agenda, staff reports and supporting information will be available and may be examined at the LAFCO office, located in the Alameda County Community Development Building, 224 West Winton Avenue, Suite 110, Hayward, CA, or on the Alameda LAFCO website at www.alamedalafco.org at least five days prior to the meeting date.
