City of Dublin NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Planning Commission Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. Council Chamber, 100 Civic Plaza, Dublin Project Name: Scarlett Court Vehicle Storage Conditional Use Permit (PLPA-004339-2026) Project Description: The Applicant, Guy Houston, is requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit to establish an automobile/vehicle storage lot for overflow storage of auto inventory for Dublin Hyundai. The proposed use would be within an existing 55,581 square-foot paved/fenced area. The Planning Commission will also consider aa categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 (Existing Facilities). Project Location: 6000 Scarlett Court; APN 941-0550-034-00 You are invited to attend this meeting in-person or electronically and provide feedback regarding this project. If you wish to participate electronically and provide comments you may do so by filling out an online speaker slip and calling in using a computer/smart phone or telephone via a link or telephone number that will be provided following submission of a speaker slip. Online speaker slips will be available at https://dublin.ca.gov/83/Planning-Commission beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the day of the hearing.
