NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that a PUBLIC HEARING will be held before the PLANNING COMMISSION of the City of San Leandro in the City Council Chambers of City Hall, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., as follows: Matter of PLN21-0027; Consideration of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to expand an existing 7.2-acre metal recycling facility onto two adjacent one-acre lots to improve sorting ability and on-site circulation at 1091 Doolittle Drive.
