NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ORO LOMA SANITARY DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Board of Directors of the Oro Loma Sanitary District will hold a public hearing at the date, time and location identified below on the following: First public hearing pursuant to Election Code section 10010 to receive public input on change from at-large elections to district-based elections and the composition of the districts. The hearing will be on March 24, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. The public hearing will be held in person at the San Leandro Senior Community Center, 13909 E 14th St, San Leandro, CA 94578, and via Zoom teleconference. Oral or written presentations can be made. All members of the public who are seeking to observe the meeting and/or address the Board of Directors may participate in the meeting either virtually or in-person.
