LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM (CDBG) - OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC COMMENT The Town of Paradise hereby notifies the general public of the proposed Substantial Amendment to the CDBG Program Year 2024 and 2025 Annual Action Plans. The Town of Paradise proposes to allocate $70,000 to Housing Activities from unspent prior year funds. Public Hearing Dates: Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 6 pm at Paradise Town Hall, 5555 Skyway, Paradise, CA. If you challenge any issues regarding the Substantial Amendment in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues raised at said public hearing, or in written correspondence delivered to the Town Manager at, or prior to, the public hearing.
