NOTICE CALLING FOR QUALIFICATIONS Notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of the NORWALK-LA MIRADA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT of Los Angeles County, California, will receive qualifications for: RFQ/RFP NO. 2526-5 Reprographics Services Request for qualifications/Request for Proposal (RFQ/RFP) are due on or before 2:00 p.m. on March 24, 2026. All information and components of this RFQ/RFP can be found at the following website: https://www.nlmusd.org/departments/business-services/purchasing/bids Qualifications must be received in the Purchasing Department of the: Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School DistrictAttn: Steve Fericean, Director, Purchasing & Warehouse (RFQ/RFP No. 2526-5)12820 Pioneer Boulevard, Norwalk, California 90650 All Proposals shall be sealed in a package containing required content, with the outside of the shipping package plainly marked “RFQ/RFP No. 2526-5 Reprographics Services.” Requests for information regarding this RFQ/RFP must be submitted via email to all personnel identified below: Edith C. Florence, Director, Facilities Planning & Construction/eflorence@nlmsud.orgon/or before 2:00 P.M. March 11, 2026. All responses and other materials submitted in regard to this RFQ/RFP shall become the property of the District. The Board of Education of the Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District reserves the right to be sole judge as to the merit, quality, and acceptability of services proposed and their compliance to the specifications which, in the Board's opinion, will best serve the interest(s) of the District. Furthermore, the Board reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to negotiate with any or all responsible submitters (as it relates to Public Contract Code 20118.2), and to waive any irregularity. Proposing firms are hereby made aware that the District will not reimburse any costs for the preparation or submission of the proposal to any proposing firm for any reason.
