NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that the Director of Public Works will accept sealed bids for the installation and modification of traffic signals and the performance of other appurtenant work under Project ID No. TDS0001834, Broadway-Normandie-Rosecrans Traffic Signal Safety Project in the City of Compton and in the unincorporated communities of Athens-Westmont, East Rancho Dominguez, West Carson, and Willowbrook. The bids must be submitted on the proposal forms included in the bidder's package of the contract documents. The contract documents for this project may be downloaded free of charge by visiting the Los Angeles County Public Works Business Opportunities website: https://pw.lacounty.gov/general/contracts/opportunities The work is estimated to cost between $2,900,000 and $4,400,000 and shall be completed in 110 working days. The prime contractor shall possess a valid California Class A and C10 contractor's license. The bids must be submitted electronically using Bid Express, www.BidExpress.com, before 11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, and no bids may be submitted after that date and time.
