COMPTON UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND PROPOSALS FOR COMPTON HIGH SCHOOL INTEGRATED FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES RFQ/P NO. 26007 NOTICE OF INVITATION Compton Unified School District ( District ) is requesting submission of statements of qualifications and proposals ( Response ) from qualified persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations ( Firm(s) ) to successfully manage, operate, clean, maintain, repair, and supervise the District's new state of the art Compton High School campus ( CHS or Site ), as needed and directed by District ( Services ), as further described in Attachment A ( Scope of Services ) and Attachment B ( F orm of Agreement ) . The selected Firm will be an experienced and qualified operator of integrated facilities management services (janitorial, maintenance, minor repairs, groundskeeping, operations, supervision, reporting, etc.) and with a proven track record of servicing and administering yearround, multidisciplinary building functions for complex facilities, and preferably, for school or college campuses. Selected Firm must demonstrate the capacity to address and provide, without limitation, the following campuswide services as further described in Attachment A and Attachment B : (1) Overall facility operations, management, and supervision (2) Custodial and janitorial cleaning (3) Preventative maintenance/repairs for HVAC, electrical and lighting, plumbing, and building systems (4) Landscaping and groundskeeping (5) Emergency oncall response services The RFQ/P may be downloaded from the District website: www.compton.k12.ca.us/district/aboutus/doingbusiness Select the RFQ/P, enter your contact information, and it will be emailed.
