NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a regular city council meeting held Tuesday, February 17, 2026, the City of South El Monte City Council introduced for first reading, Ordinance No. 1289 by the following vote: AYES: Acosta, Delgado, Rodriguez, Mayor Pro Tem Bojorquez, and Mayor Olmos, NOES: None.
