Petaluma City School District seeks qualifications for CEQA Environmental Consultants.

NOTICE INVITING REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Notice is hereby given that the Petaluma City School District, of Sonoma County, State of California, is issuing a Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") to create a pool of prequalified CEQA Environmental Consultants. The District will receive sealed Statements of Qualifications ("SOQ") in response to a Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") for inclusion in PCS's CEQA Environmental Consultant pool. Each respondent determined to have appropriate and necessary design qualifications and experience will be included in the District's pool of prequalified CEQA Environmental Consulting Firms and allowed to respond to future Request for Proposals ("RFP") for individual Projects. This RFQ is expected to be issued by the District on February 20, 2026. SOQs must comply with and respond to all requirements of the RFQ, which may be obtained by contacting construction@petk12.org SOQs must be filed via email to construction@petk12.org no later than 2:00 p.m. on March 18, 2026. The District reserves the right to cancel the RFQ process for the Project at any time, for any reason or no reason, at the District's absolute discretion. Each respondent acknowledges that by submitting a SOQ or any future submittal, including a proposal in response to the District's anticipated RFP, they do so at their own expense, cost, and risk without assurance of award of a contract, and having no right to request, claim or seek any compensation, damages, or reimbursement of any nature or sort.
