NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FY 2026-2027 PROGRAM FUNDING AND ANNUAL ACTION PLAN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Petaluma City Council will hold a public hearing at its regular meeting of April 6th, 2026, to allocate Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds, and to consider approval of the 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan. FURTHER NOTICE IS GIVEN that the City Council will consider allocation of 2026-2027 CDBG funds for services and projects to be provided by local non-profit organizations that applied for funding under this program. Proposed projects place emphasis on the provision of housing and community development activities which principally benefit low- and moderate-income households or persons with a disability. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the public and non-profit applicants for CDBG 2026-2027 should also plan to have a representative participate in the public hearing at 6:30 PM on Monday, April 6th, 2026, in the virtual online City Council meeting.
