CITY OF ANAHEIMPUBLIC UTILITIES BOARDPUBLIC HEARING ONPROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODERELATING TO WATER CONSERVATION,AND THE PROPOSED 2025 URBAN WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN,INCLUDING THE WATER SHORTAGE CONTINGENCY PLANWEDNESDAY, APRIL 22, 2026 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Anaheim Public Utilities Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as this matter can be heard, in the 2nd Floor Gordon Hoyt Conference Room of Anaheim West Tower, 201 S. Anaheim Boulevard in the City of Anaheim. The purpose of the hearing is to consider public comments prior to recommending that the City Council adopt the proposed 2025 Urban Water Management Plan (2025 UWMP), including the proposed Water Shortage Contingency Plan (WSCP), and prior to recommending that the City Council adopt an ordinance to amend Chapter 10.18 (Water Conservation and Water Shortage Contingency Rules and Regulations) of the Anaheim Municipal Code. This notice is given pursuant to, and in accordance with, Section 10642 and Section 375 of the California Water Code. ALL INTERESTED PERSONS are invited to attend said hearing and express opinions on the above-described matter. Members of the public can also submit comments electronically for Board Member consideration by sending them to apupubliccomments@anaheim.net prior to the public hearing. Copies of the proposed 2025 UWMP and WSCP will be available beginning April 7, for public review at the following locations: http://www.anaheim.net/777/Urban-Water-Management-Plan; Anaheim Central Public Library (500 W.
