CITY OF DUARTE SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 2602 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Duarte City Council, at its regular meeting of February 24, 2026 introduced for first reading, Ordinance No. 2602 which will add Chapter 11.25 to the Duarte Municipal Code to regulate and provide for effective enforcement regarding electric bicycles and other electric transportation devices and amending Chapter 1.04 of the Duarte Municipal Code to enhance enforcement. A certified copy of the Ordinance is available for review in the City Clerk's Office at City Hall, located at 1600 Huntington Drive, Duarte, California 91010. The Ordinance is scheduled to be considered and potentially adopted at the regularly scheduled City Council meeting of March 10, 2026.
