CITY OF LAGUNA HILLS, NOTICE OF UNCLAIMED PROPERTY/FUNDS. Notice is hereby given the City of Laguna Hills has been holding property/funds for the following person(s) for three years or more. If said property and/or funds are not claimed by April 26, 2026, forty-five days (45) days after the initial publication of this notice, these funds will become the property of the City of Laguna Hills in accordance with California Government Code Section 50050 - 50057. The said funds may be released to the depositor, their heir, beneficiary, or duly appointed representative provided a claim form has been completed with the necessary information establishing entitlement to the property/funds. The information needed is as follows: Name, address, telephone number; Amount of claim; Proof of identity such as copy of driver's license, birth certificate or passport; Grounds on which claim is founded, including proof of (1) entitlement to the property/funds and (2) that all obligations to the entitlement have been satisfied. The claim shall be filed before the date the unclaimed property/funds become the property of the City. The Unclaimed Property/Funds Form is available at the City of Laguna Hills Finance Department, located at 24035 El Toro Road, Laguna Hills, CA 92653, or by emailing ehendrickson@lagunahillsca.gov.
