NOTICE OF INTRODUCTION OF AN ORDINANCE At a meeting on February 24, 2026, the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore introduced by title only and waived further reading of AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AMENDMENT (DA-2025-11) FOR THE NUGG HUBB LOCATED AT 570 CENTRAL AVENUE, SUITE D-1 (APN: 377-410-037) SUMMARYThe City Council is introducing an ordinance that will amend Development Agreement No. 2025-11 (The Nubb Hubb) revising the Community Benefit Fee (CBF) and establishing a separate CBF rate for retail versus non-retail cannabis operations and revising the definitions and general provisions. The full text of the Ordinance is attached to the agenda and available for review and download on the City’s website at https://www.lake-elsinore.org/255/Public-Records.
