NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE At a meeting on March 10, 2026, the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore adopted by title only and waived further reading of AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AMENDMENT (DA-2025-07) FOR HYPERWOLF LOCATED AT 571 CRANE STREET, UNITS D, E, AND F (APN: 377-410-034, 377-410-031, AND 377-410-020) SUMMARYWith the adoption of Ordinance 2026-1525, the Council hereby approves the amendment to Development Agreement No. 2025-07 (Hyperwolf) revising the Community Benefit Fee (CBF) and establishing a separate CBF rate for retail versus non-retail cannabis operations and revising the definitions and general provisions. The full text of Ordinance 2026-1525 is attached to the agenda and available for review and download on the City’s website at https://www.lake-elsinore.org/255/Public-Records.
