Pursuant to California Government Codes 50050-50057, the City of Lake Forest publishes below its list of unclaimed property that has been held by the City of Lake Forest for at least three years. The funds listed below shall become the property of the City of Lake Forest on April 23, 2026, unless by that date, a party of interest files an affidavit form for outstanding checks with the City of Lake Forest, Finance Department, 100 Civic Center, Lake Forest, CA 92630. These funds may be released to the payee listed below; their heir, beneficiary, or duly appointed representative provided the required form has been completed with the necessary information.
