PUBLIC NOTICE This is to advise that the Livermore Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at its meeting of March 17, 2026, beginning at 7:00 p.m. to consider the matters listed below. Hearing to receive public comments on the Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) prepared for the Livermore General Plan 2045. The Draft EIR evaluates the potential environmental impacts associated with implementation of the General Plan 2045, which is the long-range policy document that will guide Livermore's growth, land use, mobility, housing, environmental resource management, and community development through 2045. The General Plan 2045 establishes broad community goals for Livermore's future and includes specific policies and implementation actions to achieve those goals. It introduces new and expanded policy topics to meet current State requirements, modernize the City's policy framework, and update the General Plan land use map to plan for future services, jobs, parks, and housing, as well as to address existing mapping issues and inconsistencies.
