PUBLIC NOTICE This is to advise that the Livermore City Council will conduct a public hearing at its meeting of March 23, 2026, beginning at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as may be heard, to consider the matter listed below: Hearing to accept the 2025 Housing Element Annual Progress Report, which tracks the City's progress towards implementing the Housing Element of the General Plan and meeting its Regional Housing Need Allocation (RHNA), pursuant to Government Code Section 65400.
