CITY-INITIATED ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 16 OF THE STOCKTON MUNICIPAL CODE, DIVISION 2, CHAPTERS 16.80 AND 16.244 RELATED TO ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS AND COMPLIANCE WITH STATE LAW A Regular meeting of the Stockton Planning Commission will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 5:30 pm, in the Council Chamber, 2nd Floor, 425 N El Dorado St, Stockton, CA, to consider a City-initiated Ordinance amending Title 16 of the Stockton Municipal Code, Division 2, Chapters 16.80 and 16.244 related to accessory dwelling units and compliance with state law. Questions about the hearing and project may be directed to Michael McDowell, Assistant Director at (209) 937-8690 or michael.mcdowell@stocktonca.gov. All proceedings before this meeting body are conducted in English. The City does not furnish interpreters and if one is needed, it shall be the responsibility of the person needing one. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and California Law, it is the policy of the City to offer its public programs, services and meetings in a manner that is readily accessible to everyone, including those with disabilities.
