SAN JOAQUIN LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION (SJ LAFCo) NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PUBLIC COMMENTS Proposal : Murray Ranch Annexation to the City of Stockton (LAFC 09-26) Date Issued: March 31, 2026 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the San Jaquin Local Agency Formation Commission (SJ LAFCo) is requesting public comments on the following proposal: Proposal Title: Murray Ranch Annexation to the City of Stockton Project Description: The City of Stockton proposes to annex two parcels totaling approximately 37.4 acres that will consist of a subdivision for development of 217 single-family homes. Project Location The two parcels are in unincorprated San Joaquin County, and located near E. Charter Way to the north, Union Pacific Railroad to the east, and Mariposa Road to the west.
