NOTICE OF PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2026-05
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Tulare, State of California, will consider a request by Adrian Herrera to obtain a ABC license Type 40: (On-Sale Beer) to sell beer for on-site consumption for a proposed food court located on the property located at 215 East Kern Avenue. The property is zoned C-3 (Retail Commercial).
This application has been filed under the provisions of Chapter 10.80 of Title 10 of Tulare City Code.
The Community Development Department has determined that this project is exempt pursuant to Section 15332 (In-Fill Development Projects) of the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, as amended.
The Planning Commission of the City of Tulare will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 14th, 2026 beginning at 5:30 p.m., at Council Chambers, 491 North 'M' Street, Tulare, California. All interested parties are invited to attend. For further information, please contact the Planning Division at (559) 684-4221.
