This publication is intended to serve as our Notice of Intent to adopt the following Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND Documents are also available online at the Dept. of City Planning's website https://planning.lacity.org/developmentservices/negativedeclarationpublicnotices CD indicates the Council District, sf indicates square feet MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION : (ENV20252353) 81448160 N. Haskell Ave; Van Nuys. CD6. Applicant is proposing construction of a 3story, 36 feet 10 inches in height, 119,718sf selfstorage building on 2 lots totaling 80,986sf. Applicant is proposing to provide 20 automobile parking spaces & 24 bicycle parking spaces. A total of 2,830 cubic yards of grading is proposed including 2,880 cubic yards of cut & 50 cubic yards of fill. Site was previously improved with a 28,320sf industrial laundry building that has been partially demolished; remaining building foundations will be removed. There are no existing trees onsite.
