This publication is intended to serve as our Notice of Intent to adopt the following Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND . Documents are also available online at the Dept. of City Planning’s website https://planning.lacity.org/development-services/negative-declaration-public-notices CD indicates the Council District, sf indicates square feetMITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION : (ENV-2025-2353) 8144-8160 N. Haskell Ave; Van Nuys. CD6. Applicant is proposing construction of a 3-story, 36 feet 10 inches in height, 119,718-sf self-storage building on 2 lots totaling 80,986-sf. Applicant is proposing to provide 20 automobile parking spaces & 24 bicycle parking spaces. A total of 2,830 cubic yards of grading is proposed including 2,880 cubic yards of cut & 50 cubic yards of fill. Site was previously improved with a 28,320-sf industrial laundry building that has been partially demolished; remaining building foundations will be removed. There are no existing trees on-site.
