VICTOR VALLEY WASTEWATER RECLAMATION AUTHORITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of the Victor Valley Wastewater Reclamation Authority will conduct a public hearing in Conference Room “D” at the City of Victorville located at 14343 Civic Drive, Victorville, CA 92392, on Thursday, April 16, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. or thereafter upon the following: Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance 002 – Connection Fees for the Victor Valley Wastewater Reclamation Authority (VVWRA). This will be a public hearing and you are invited to attend and comment on the proposed action described above. If you challenge any action related to this proposal in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered at, or prior to, the public hearing. If you have written comments that you wish to submit, please deliver them to Darron Poulsen, VVWRA General Manager, 20111 Shay Road, Victorville, CA 92394, on or before the date of the public hearing. If you have questions about this notice or the proposal, please call Mr. Poulsen at (760) 246-8638.
