NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of the Victor Valley Wastewater Reclamation Authority will conduct a public hearing in Conference Room “D” at the City of Victorville located at 14343 Civic Drive, Victorville, CA 92392, on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. or thereafter upon the following:
First Reading of Ordinance 002 – Connection Fees for the Victor Valley Wastewater Reclamation Authority (VVWRA).
This will be a public hearing and you are invited to attend and comment on the proposed action described above. If you challenge any action related to this proposal in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered at, or prior to, the public hearing. If you have written comments that you wish to submit, please mail them to Darron Poulsen, VVWRA General Manager, PO Box 370, Adelanto, CA 92301, on or before the date of the public hearing. Documentation supporting the proposed fees and charges will be available for public review, at least ten days prior to the public hearing, at the Victor Valley Wastewater Reclamation Authority Administrative Offices, 20111 Shay Road, Victorville, CA 92345.
