CITY OF WEST COVINASUMMARY OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO. 2538 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, during its regular meeting on March 17, 2026, the City Council of the City of West Covina is scheduled to consider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 2538: ORDINANCE NO. 2538 – AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION 22-131 OF DIVISION 4 OF ARTICLE IV OF CHAPTER 22 OF THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE TO REVISE SPEED LIMITS AT 69 LOCATIONS BASED UPON THE 2025 ENGINEERING AND TRAFFIC SURVEY SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE: Ordinance No. 2538 would amend Section 22-131 of Division 4 of Article IV of Chapter 22 of the West Covina Municipal Code to revise speed limits at 69 locations pursuant to the 2025 Engineering and Traffic Survey. The City Council introduced the proposed Ordinance at its regular meeting on February 17, 2026.
