SUPERIOR COURT OF CALIFORNIA, COUNTY OF RIVERSIDENOTICE OF INTENT(California Government Code § 68084.1) Public notice is hereby given that it is the intent of the Superior Court of California, County of Riverside, to escheat unclaimed funds in the amount of $411,525.04. These funds represent uncashed checks drawn from the court’s Trust Fund for the payee(s) listed on the court’s website. These checks have remained uncashed for at least three (3) years from the date they were issued. The court has made reasonable and diligent attempts to directly contact the payee(s). Authority to process this escheat is pursuant to California Government Code § 68084.1. If you are a payee, you must file your claims with the court no later than May 29, 2026. A listing of the payees, the date the check was issued, and the amount issued as well as a claim form for these funds are available on the court’s website at https://riverside.courts.ca.gov . If you do not have access to a computer, you may request the forms by writing to the address below. The claim form must be completed and accompanied by all appropriate identification. The court cannot respond to telephone inquiries regarding deposits. Any funds not successfully claimed by May 29, 2026 are deemed unclaimed pursuant to California Government Code § 68084.1 and will be escheated.
