ORDINANCE NO. 2026-02 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, ADDING ARTICLE 7 TO CHAPTER II OF TITLE 9 OF THE COSTA MESA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO GROCERY AND DRUG STORE STAFFING STANDARDS FOR SELF-SERVICE CHECKOUT STATIONS I, BRENDA GREEN, City Clerk of the City of Costa Mesa, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the above and foregoing Ordinance No. 2026-02 was duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held on February 17, 2026, by the following roll call vote, to wit: AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: GAMEROS, MARR, REYNOLDS, CHAVEZ, AND STEPHENS.
