PUBLIC NOTICE — SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District adopted Ordinance No. 142 on February 23, 2026. The ordinance amends Operations Code Section 3.01.030 to clarify when Directors may receive the District's $295 per-diem (up to six days per month) for Board meetings and other service "at the request of the Board," including pre-approved qualifying activities, documentation requirements for certain meetings, and activities that are not eligible; attendance may be live or remote.
