AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM REPEALING AND REPLACING CHAPTER 10.24 (WATER SYSTEM CROSS-CONNECTIONS) OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE TO ALIGN LOCAL AND STATE-MANDATED PUBLIC WATER SYSTEM CROSS-CONNECTION CONTROL REQUIREMENTS
This ordinance repeals and replaces Chapter 10.24 of Title 10 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to water system cross-connections. This ordinance updates and strengthens Anaheim’s cross-connection control regulations to align with state-mandated public water system cross-connection control requirements and Anaheim’s updated cross-connection control program and Cross-Connection Control Management Plan.
