Ordinance Summary On February 17, 2026, at the County Administrative Center, 175 Fulweiler Avenue, Auburn, CA 95603, the Placer County Board of Supervisors adopted an Ordinance 6363-B, by a vote 4:0 Ayes: Gore, DeMattei, Jones, Landon, Absent: Gustafson, Noes: None to amend Placer County Code (PCC) Chapter 9 (Public Peace, Safety and Welfare) and Chapter 17 (Zoning). Specifically, this ordinance will amend PCC Chapter 9 to provide a simplified process to request an exception to the PCC's construction noise limitations.
