NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLACER COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WHERE:Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 175 Fulweiler Avenue, Auburn, CA 95603WHEN:April 7, 2026 – 9:00 AM or as soon thereafter as may be heardSUBJECT:Public Hearing to Consider Adopting a Resolution Approving the Parks and Recreation Facilities Impact Fee Annual Inflationary Adjustment of 3.21 percent and Quimby Act Fee Annual Inflationary Adjustment of 3.10 percent.NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Placer County Board of Supervisors will conduct a Public Hearing at the above place and time to consider adopting a resolution approving the Parks and Recreation Facilities Impact Fee annual inflationary adjustment of 3.21 percent and Quimby Act Fee annual inflationary adjustment of 3.10 percent. Placer County Code sections 15.34.080 and 16.08.100 authorize these fees to be adjusted annually based on a specified Consumer Price Index (CPI). For FY 2026-27, the proposed adjustment is 3.21% for the AB 1600 Parks and Recreation Facilities Impact Fees and 3.10% for the Quimby Act Fees.
