CITY OF EAST PALO ALTO SUMMARY OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE Government Code Section 36933 (c)(I)) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its regular meeting on February 24, 2026, the City Council of the City of East Palo Alto introduced an ordinance adding Chapter 5.76 (Sidewalk Vendors) to the East Palo Alto Municipal Code. On April 21, 2026, the City Council will consider adopting the ordinance.
