PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lomita City Council will hold a public hearing to consider adoption of the following ordinance at a regular City Council meeting to be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. ZONING text Amendment No. 2026-02: An amendment to the off-street parking section of the zoning code, to amend Article 66 (Off-Street Parking, Storage and Loading) and Article 15 (Definitions) of Lomita Municipal Code (LMC) Title XI (Planning and Zoning) Chapter 1 (Zoning), and find the action to be categorically exempt from the California Environmentally Quality Act The public hearing will take place in the Council Chambers at Lomita City Hall, 24300 Narbonne Avenue, Lomita, CA 90717. A copy of the full text of the ordinance is on file and open to public inspection in the Office of the City Clerk during regular business hours. For more information, please contact the Planning Division between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on alternating Fridays at (310) 325-7110, ext. 103.
