COUNTY OF YUBA SUMMARY OF ADOPTED ORDINANCE NO. 1649 The following is a summary of an adopted ordinance by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Yuba at a regular meeting held on April 14, 2026: The ordinance repeals and reenacts Article 5 to Chapter 2.50 authorizing Purchasing Agent and Public Works Director to perform all acts necessary regarding the acquisition of real property where the purchase price does not exceed $50,000.
